Is there really a free plan?
Yes — Free costs ₹0 with no time limit: one WhatsApp number, one Instagram account, 500 people reached a month, 1 chatbot flow and 25 AI replies. You only pay Meta for the WhatsApp messages you send.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta does the billing. You add a payment method to your own Meta Business account and Meta charges it at its published rates. Zanoo is a Meta Tech Provider, so we never touch your message costs and can’t mark them up. Setup takes about 15 minutes.
What are AI credits?
AI replies are for your customers: each reply, draft or handoff the AI assistant writes to a customer is one. AI credits are for your team’s own AI tools — the inbox copilot, Ask Zanoo, and building templates and flows. A copilot answer or an Ask Zanoo question uses 1 credit, and reading a PDF into the assistant’s knowledge 7 for up to 20 pages (4 more for every 10 pages after). Building templates and flows with Zanoo AI is charged by what the build uses, about 10,000 tokens a credit, and you see it live as it builds; if the credits run out halfway through a flow, it pauses with what’s built and carries on once you top up. Owners can switch the team’s tools to Best quality, the AI provider’s strongest model, at 20× the credits (building, by what that model costs).
Every plan includes credits each month (Free includes 50 a month and Pro 6,000), and running out of one never stops the other. Need more? +500 for ₹199 or +2,500 for ₹799, on every plan, valid 12 months.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee and no contract on any plan. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
Move up a plan any time from your Zanoo dashboard — Pro has the highest limits.

Do prices include GST?
Yes. The plan prices you see are what you pay, with 18% GST included, and you get a GST invoice by email. Meta adds GST to its own WhatsApp message charges separately.

No. Meta doesn’t charge per Instagram message, and Instagram is part of your Zanoo plan — there is no second bill.
How do I pay?
