WhatsApp questions.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. If it is on the WhatsApp Business app, you can keep using the app on your phone and connect the same number to Zanoo — here is how that works. A number on personal WhatsApp has to be moved off it first.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta does the billing. You add a payment method to your own Meta Business account and Meta charges it at its published rates. Zanoo is a Meta Tech Provider, so we never touch your message costs and can’t mark them up. Setup takes about 15 minutes.
What is a template, and why does Meta approve it?
A template is a pre-approved message you use to start a conversation or message someone after 24 hours. Meta reviews each one; Zanoo shows its status and, if it is rejected, the reason.
Can I connect more than one number?
Yes. Connect several WhatsApp numbers and switch between them in the dashboard.
Do I need DLT registration?
No. DLT is a TRAI rule for SMS. WhatsApp doesn’t run on SMS infrastructure — Meta’s template approval is the equivalent check.
